Shipping

Order processing time:

For regular orders, we normally ship within 1 to 5 business days after receiving the order. If you need the order urgently, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate.

For larger orders (more than 3 items), we need 3 to 6 business days to process the order.

Please note that we have some products are made to order and the lead time is 3 to 5 weeks. Please read the description for the item you are interested in and make sure the timing works for you.

-Within USA
Regular orders: USPS first class mail or priority mail (2-3 business days), with a tracking number.
Rush orders: Express mail, FedEx 2nd air / overnight shipping (1-2 business days).
-International Shipping:
Regular orders: USPS first class mail international (2 to 3 weeks, but sometimes it takes longer than that.)

***For International shipments, the buyer is responsible for all customs and duty charges. Please note that we do not have any control over Customs fees and Duties, you must contact your local Customs Office for charges. Packages can be held at your local Customs Offices for days or weeks before the notice is sent out to you. We don't have any control over this. Please check with your local Customs Offices if you don't receive your package in normal delivery time to avoid any delay.

***All buyers are responsible for all shipping, returns and exchange shipping fees unless the merchandise has been mistakenly shipped.

***Please make sure that your ship to address is a secure address. We insure all of our outgoing packages but the insurance company will not accept the claim if the package is stolen after it is delivered. We can not be held responsible if the package is stolen after it is delivered, either.
